For Reviewers
Reviewer should not share any information from an assigned manuscript with outsiders without the prior permission from the Editor.
Reviewer with fair expertise should complete the review. Assigned Reviewer should decline the review if one of these conditions is the case:
1) reviewer is not an expert in the respective field,
2) reviewer feels unqualified to review the assigned manuscript,
3) reviewer has competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors or institutions connected to the papers.
Reviewer comments should appreciate positive aspects of the work, identify negative aspects constructively. A reviewer should explain and support his or her judgement clearly enough that Editors and Authors can understand the basis of the comments.
Reviewer should point out relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors. A reviewer should also call to the editor's attention any substantial similarity between the manuscript under consideration and any published paper or manuscript submitted concurrently to another journal. Reviewer should immediately alert the Editor when he or she becomes aware of duplicate publication.
Reviewers should provide the review comments within the stipulated time and be active enough in responding to the queries raised by the editor if any.
